We built this communal property management software for one market: The Republic of Cyprus.
Managing a Republic of Cyprus communal development means dealing with the same admin every single month — preparing statements, chasing overdue owners, tracking AGM and EGM deadlines, keeping a record of every decision — almost all of it by hand, using tools that were never built for this specific job.
MyPropMan exists to take that admin off a managing agent's desk. It's not a generic property management tool adapted for the Republic of Cyprus — it's built from the ground up around how Republic of Cyprus communal property law actually works, so the software already knows the rules a managing agent has to answer to.
